Return and Refund Policy
At Super Klone Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products that have been opened, sprayed, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at support@klonescents.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@klonescents.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale Items and Promotions
Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be eligible for return only if they meet the requirements listed in this policy.
For bundle offers, discount offers, or promotional purchases, all items included in the promotion may need to be returned together. If only part of a promotional order is returned, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the promotion terms.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used fragrance products
Items not in their original packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Products returned without prior approval
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@klonescents.com.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to this policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us at support@klonescents.com and we will do our best to assist you.
