At Super Klone Scents, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, promotional periods, high order volume, or unexpected delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs inspections, incorrect shipping information, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, order value, product weight, and available carrier options.

Any promotional free shipping offer, if available, may be subject to specific terms, minimum order values, or geographic limitations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most accurate delivery information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@klonescents.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, you may contact us at support@klonescents.com and we will do our best to help you review the situation.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unclaimed package, or other issue caused by the customer, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, any refund may exclude original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@klonescents.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Damaged item claims are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination and available carrier options.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import restrictions, or local delivery procedures.

If an international package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, any refund may exclude shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs fees, and other related charges.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be shipped due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, address issues, or other shipping-related concerns.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or carrier requirements.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@klonescents.com.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
